By accessing and using the Mastimassa Center website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Mastimassa Center's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

Services

Mastimassa Center provides knitted goods, custom sweaters, winter accessories, repair services, and knitting classes. All services are subject to availability and our standard terms.

Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
• Payment is required in full before service completion
• Custom orders require 50% deposit upon order confirmation
• Prices may change without notice

Orders and Delivery

• Order completion times are estimates and may vary
• We will notify you of any significant delays
• Delivery is available within Canada
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery

Returns and Exchanges

• Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase
• Items must be in original condition
• Custom-made items cannot be returned unless defective
• Return shipping costs are customer responsibility

Mastimassa Center makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
